MFP Educational Outreach
In addition to our performance series, Music for a Purpose is dedicated to giving Louisville kids as many opportunities as possible to interact with great chamber music and understand what giving back to the community means. We perform both school concerts and family concerts FREE of charge to the community. Funded by generous grants from Republic Bank and others.

Below are photos from recent our outreach concerts with D-Composed, a black chamber music collective, whose mission is “to uplift and empower society through the music of Black composers…this Chicago-based creative incubator acts as a bridge between the past and present to the future of representation, music-centered experiences, and the communal power of Black composers and their impact.” They are an amazing group!
